工作职责：、
1.Conduct in-depth research on compressor high-performance, efficiency and reliability to ensure integration into different refrigerator.
深入研究压缩机的性能，效率以及可靠性，确保在不同平台冰箱上的最优匹配。
2.Evaluate new compressor technologies and trends with global team. Make compressor strategy implementation plan into refrigerator to enhance product competitiveness.
评价压缩机新技术和未来发展趋势，指定冰箱压缩机的战略计划提高产品的竞争力。
3.Participate in refrigerator project development process, efficiently solve related problems and promote smooth product launch.
参与冰箱新项目的开发，和研发团队密切合作高效解决压缩机相关问题并确保项目按时上市。
4.Support serial product problem solving and quality improvement related to compressor
负责支持系列产品中和压缩机相关的质量问题解决
5.Provide solid professional knowledge and rich practical experience to strength team competence.
精通压缩机专业知识和丰富产品开发经验，提高整个团队压缩机的专业技能。


任职资格：
1.Educational Background: A master’s degree or higher in Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics preferred;
学历背景:动力工程及工程热物理学专业硕士及以上学位优先；
2.Years of Experience: At least five years’ experience working specifically with compressor will gain priority consideration;
经验年限 : 至少五年以上从事压缩机方面的工作经验者优先录用;
3.Familiarity with features and applications scenarios concerning all kinds of compressor
熟悉各种类型压缩机的特点及其应用场景 ;
4.Solid theoretical foundation combined with extensive practical work experience
具备扎实理论基础同时拥有丰富实践经验 ;
5.Fluent reading/writing/speaking/listening proficiency level in English necessary so candidates are able to read foreign literature resources while engaging effectively via discussions among global team.
